Though somewhat tardy, this letter brings our heartfelt thanks and appreciation for the carpet and tile project you completed for us a few months back. We had delayed this project primarily because of not knowing to whom or where to go to achieve the level of trust and responsibility we expected, and professional integrity provided us with complete security and satisfaction in a job well done.
Your contractors were courteous, efficient and obviously experienced. In the process they even corrected several omissions or errors that the previous contractors has left undone. The only minor installation glitch we encountered was corrected promptly with virtually no disruption and that is the kind of after-the-sale support that develops positive relationships with your clients.
